垂直切口乳房缩小术

目的：随着生活水平的提高，巨乳的发病率有增加的趋势。巨乳缩小术以倒“T”形手术为代表，术后遗留明显的手术瘢痕。为了减少手术瘢痕，本文介绍了我们应用垂直切口巨乳缩小的手术方法与体会。方法：采用Lejour蚊子头式手术设计，切除乳房下方的皮肤、腺体，乳头乳晕以上方真皮腺体组织蒂抬高到正常位置，进行乳房塑形，术后仅留有垂直瘢痕。结果：采用垂直切口巨乳缩小术治疗6例患者，手术效果满意，乳房形态良好。1例术后6个月切口下端局部修整残留的猫耳朵。结论：垂直切口巨乳缩小手术效果良好，术后瘢痕减少，值得推广应用。

Reduction Mammoplasty with Vertical Incision

Objective: To introduce our experience in applying a new technique of reduction mammoplasy with vertical inci-sion.Methods: We adopted Lejour procedure, resected skins and mammai tissues in thd inferior area and elevated the nipples to the normai position by the mammai tisssues of the superior area . Only vertical scars remained af ter the operation. Results; Six patients were treated and the results were satisfactory,One patient had remaining scars 6 months after the operation.Con-clusion; Reduction mammoplasy with vertical incision is an effective and practical technique.
