| 摘 要： | 胸腺因子D是一种新的免疫调节剂,用它来治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染性疾病100例,剂量为5mg,每日一次,肌注,应用10-30d后,根据效果改量为5mg1-3次/wk,2-3mo为一个疗程。治疗期间仅用一般对症治疗,总有效率99％,治疗后免疫功能增强,体重增加,食欲增进,副作用极少,为适用于治疗反复呼吸道感染的安全、有效药物。

| Abstract: | Thymic factor-D is a new immunoregulating agent, a refined extract diaiysed from thymus of pig, its activity surpass the former thymic hormones proved by experiments.One hundred children with recurrent respiratory tract infections were treated with thymic factor-D 5 mg/d im for 10-30 d, then, 5 mg 1-3 times/wk for 2-3 mo as a course. Ninety-nine children got remarkable response. Besides, they were given general symptomatic treatment. The immune functions, body weight and appetite were improved after treatmet. No serious adverse effects were observed. This therapy is suitable for treating the recurrent respiratory infections in children. |
