鄂南农村居民超重与肥胖对血压、血糖和血脂的影响

目的探讨超重与肥胖对血压、血糖和血脂水平的影响,为心血管病、糖尿病的防制提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,抽取鄂南农村居民1641例进行调查,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围和血压,采集空腹静脉血测定血糖(FSG),血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),用Friedwald’s公式计算低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。对超重肥胖组和体重正常组血压、血糖、血脂进行比较。结果鄂南农村居民超重肥胖率为20.78%,超重肥胖组血压、FSG、TG及LDL-C水平高于体重正常组,而HDL-C水平低于体重正常组;超重肥胖组血压、FSG、TG及HDL-C异常检出率也高于体重正常组;相关分析显示,体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)与血压、FSG、TC、TG呈正相关,WHR与HDL-C呈负相关。结论超重肥胖与血压、血糖和血脂的异常密切相关,应控制超重和肥胖的发生。

Effect of overweight and obesity on blood pressure, fasting serum glucose and serum lipid

Objective To explore the effect of overweight and obesity on blood pressure(BP),fasting serum glucose(FSG)and serum lipid,and to provide scientific evidence for prevention of cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods A multistage survey for 1 641 people in rural area in the south of Hubei province was performed.Their height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and blood pressure were measured,and their FSG,TC,TG,HDL-C were also determined with the fasting blood sample.LDL-C was calculated based on Friedwald's formula.BP,FSG and serum lipid in the overweight and obesity group were compared with those of normal weight group.Results The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity was 20.78%.Overweight and obesity group had higher BP,FSG,TG and lower HDL-C as compared with normal weight group.The prevalence of higher BP,higher TG,higher FSG and lower HDL-C in the overweight and obesity group was significantly higher than that in normal weight group.Correlation analysis showed that body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)were positive correlation with BP,FSG,TC,TG,and WHR was negative correlation with HDL-C.Conclusions Overweight and obesity are correlated to higher BP,FSG and serum lipid.Overweight and obesity should be controlled.
