有自杀意念大学生的人格、防御、应对与认知作业的相关关系

目的 探讨大学生自杀意念的人格问卷、防御、应对与完成认知作业之间的关系,为自杀早期干预提供预防措施.方法 采用1∶1配对病例对照研究选取自杀意念者和对照各112名,应用Beck自杀意念量表、艾森克人格问卷、防御方式和简易应对方式等问卷调查,通过DDX-200型电脑多功能心理生理能力测试仪对大学生224名分别测定简单反应时、敲击速度、记忆、稳定性等认知任务.结果 病例组和对照组相比,心理测量和认知作业各项差别均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,视觉简单反应时的平均时间和错误次数与自杀意念、神经质、精神质均呈正相关（P＜0.01）,利手手臂稳定性得分与自杀意念、神经质、精神质呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 利手手臂稳定性得分、视觉简单反应时中的平均时间和错误次数与自杀意念有相关关系,其内在联系仍需进一步探讨.

A Case-control Study of Cognitive Task Performance and Personality, Defense and Coping Modes Among Undergraduates With Suicidal Ideation

Objective To explore the relations between cognitive task performances and psychological states such as personality,defense and coping modes among undergraduates with suicidal ideation,and to provide bases for early interventions against suicide.Methods Some physiology indices of 112 undergraduates with suicidal ideation and 112 controls were estimated with Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation,Eynsenck Personality Questionnaire,Defense Style Questionnaire and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.Their cognitive tasks,such as simple reaction time,tap speed,memory ability and stability,were measured by DDX-200.Results Statistical meaning was found in the differences of mental health and cognitive task performance between cases and control(P<0.01).Average time,error frequency of visual simple reaction time correlated with suicidal ideation positively neuroticism and psychotism(P<0.01),whereas the scores of facilitated arm stability negatively correlated with suicidal ideation neuroticism and psychotism(P<0.05).Conclusion Further study should be conducted to reveal the interaction among the scores of facilitated arm stability,visual simple reaction and suicidal ideation.
