摘    要:目的探讨限期手术患者最大通气量(MVV)与第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)的相关性。方法回顾性分析156例限期手术患者的MVV、FEV1和FVC值,并按FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)≥80、79~50和〈50进行分组比较。结果 156例患者总体的FEV1、FVC与MVV均呈显著正相关,以FEV1与MVV的相关性更好。分组分析显示,随着FEV1%pred下降,FEV1与MVV间非常显著的相关性无明显改变,同归系数呈逐渐增大趋势;而FVC与MVV的相关性却逐渐变差,回归系数呈逐渐减小趋势。结论 MVV与FEV1的相关性较FVC更好,即使肺功能损害程度较重,亦可采用MVV与FEV相应的直线回归方程来估算限期手术患者的MVV值。

Relationship of maximal voluntary ventilation, forced expiratory volume in first second and forced vital capacity of patients with limited operation

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of patients with limited operation.Methods Totally 156 patients with limited operation were subgrouped by FEV1%pred with≥80,79~50 and50,and the values of MVV,FEV1 and FVC were analysed retrospectively.Results Overall FEV1 and FVC were significantly positively correlated with MVV among the 156 patients,and FEV1 had closer correlation with MVV than FVC did.Sub-group analysis showed that,the significant correlation between FEV1 and MVV did not change with FEV1%pred decreasing,and regression coefficient gradually increased;while that of FVC and MVV decreased.Conclusion MVV has a better correlation with FEV1 than FVC,indicating even the more seriously damaged lung function,we can predict MVV of patients with limited operation by MVV and FEV1 linear regression equation accordingly.
