人参皂苷Rg1对脑挫伤后大鼠脑内胰岛素样生长因子1表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1对脑组织挫伤后大鼠脑中胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin—like growth factor-1,IGF-1)表达的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠26只,分为正常对照组(2只),脑挫伤模型组(8只)及人参皂苷Rg1治疗组(16只),在损伤后不同时间点(损伤后6h、12h、2d及6d)分别处死大鼠,使用免疫组化方法观察并检测脑中IGF-1的表达。结果:与对照组相比,脑挫伤模型组损伤后各时间点脑组织中IGF-1的表达有所升高(P〈0.05);与模型组比较,人参皂苷Rg1治疗组IGF-1的表达明显升高(P%0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rg1可能通过促进脑挫伤后脑组织IGF-1的表达,促进脑组织的功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in the brain of rats after the experimental brain contusion.
