| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞缺乏症的护理特点,以指导临床工作。方法分析11例抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞缺乏症的临床表现特征及护理对策。结果通过积极的治疗和精心护理,本组11例患者9例治愈出院。结论对抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞缺乏症病人,严格执行保护性隔离,积极控制感染,配合升高白细胞药物治疗。加强基础护理是帮助病人渡过危险期的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristic of attendance in patients with leucopenia caused by antithyroid drug(ATD) in order to guide the clinical work.Methods The clinical manifestation of 11 cases with leucopenia caused by ATD were analyzed retrospectively.Results 9 patients were healing well by active management and careful nursing.Conclusions The keys of treatment for patients with leucopenia caused by ATD are segregating the patients,control of infection,using the drug for increasing leukocyte and emphasissing and careful attendance. |
