甲地孕酮在晚期肺癌患者化疗中的应用观察

目的:探讨甲地孕酮对晚期肺癌患者化疗耐受性的影响。方法:晚期肺癌患者随机分为对照组(常规化疗、对症治疗)和甲地孕酮组(除化疗、对症治疗外加用甲地孕酮),分别观察治疗期间两组患者食欲、体重、体能状态、血常规及血清白蛋白的变化,统计病例数并分析。结果:甲地孕酮组较对照组患者食欲和体重增加,骨髓抑制减少,体能状态好转,血清白蛋白升高。结论:甲地孕酮可以改善晚期肺癌患者对化疗的耐受性。

Application Of Megestrol on Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer at Chemotherapy
