肿瘤血管靶向治疗进展

新生血管生成是肿瘤生长所必需的,靶向肿瘤血管的新药研发已成为一个热点领域.目前抗血管生成的靶向治疗主要包括血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的单克隆抗体和小分子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,这些药物在多种实体肿瘤中明显地延长了生存期.血管靶向治疗有别于传统化疗,临床实践中还有很多问题有待于进一步研究.

Advancement on targeting therapy of tumor vessels

The growth of malignant tumors depends on the development of new vessels. New drug development targeting tumor angiogenes has become a focus. Now the targeting therapy on tumor angiogenes which significantly impoves many solid tumors' survival mainly includes monoclonal antibody and the tyrosine kinase inhibitors of vascular endothelial growth factor. The targeting therapy is different from traditional chemotherapy,so many problems in clinical practice need further research.
