刺络拔罐加贴棉灸治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的比较单纯西药治疗与刺络拔罐加贴棉灸（梅花针、刺络拔罐、贴棉灸）治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将74例胸胁部患带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组（刺络拔罐加贴棉灸）和对照组（西药治疗）。治疗组采用局部梅花针叩刺，拔罐，贴棉灸治疗：对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦、去痛片，外涂酞丁胺治疗。结果治疗组痊愈和总显效率分别为68．4％和92．1％，对照组痊愈和总显效率分别为41．7％和66．7％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论刺络拔罐加贴棉灸治疗的疗效明显优于对照组，起效快，疗程短，并可减少后遗神经痛的发生。
