| 摘 要： | 目的了解杭州市大学生卫生服务利用及医疗保障情况。方法采用问卷调查形式,对杭州市大学生进行抽样调查。结果54.8%的大学生在半年内看过门诊,就诊的主要机构是校医院,大学生年住院率为2.3%,医疗保障存在明显差异,大学生医疗保障需求未能得到有效满足。结论提供有针对性的医疗服务,建立统一的大学生医疗保障制度。

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain the information of health service utilization and present situation on medical insurance of undergraduates in Hangzhou. MethodsA sample survey of undergraduates was conducted using a questionnaire.
