血清胱抑素C、尿素和肌酐联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病中的临床意义

目的探讨血清胱抑素C（CysC）、尿素（BUN）和肌酐（cr）联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病（DN）中的临床意义。方法2型糖尿病50例作为A组，DN早期患者50例作为B组，DN中期患者50例作为C组，检测3组CysC，Cr和BUN值。结果①随着病情的加重，3组CysC，Cr和BUN水平均逐步增高，各组组间比较均有显著性差异（均P〈0，01）。②各组组间比较CysC阳性率均有显著性差异（均P〈0．01）；A组和C纽，B组和C组分别比较，Cr和BUN阳性率均有显著性差异（均P〈0．01），A组和C组比较，上述指标无显著性差异（均P〉0．05）。结论联合CysC，Cr和BUN进行检测，对于及时发现糖尿病肾病病情具有积极意义。

The Clinical Meaning of Combination Detection of CysC, BUN and Cr Used for Diabetic Nephropathy at Early Stage

Objective To explore the clinical meaning of combination detection of CysC, BUN and Cr used for diabetic nephropathy （DN） at early stage. Methods 50 cases of patients with T2DM were as group A, 50 cases of patients with DN at early stage were as group B, 50 cases of patients with DN at moderate stage were as group C. CysC, BUN and Cr of 3 groups were detected. Results ①Along with the serious degree of disease, the levels of CysC, BUN and Cr increased（all P〈0.01）. The comparation between each group showed significant differences （all P〈0.01）. ②Positive rate. CysC： the comparation between each group showed significant differences （all P〈0.01）. BUN and Cr： the comparation between A and C, B and C showed significant differences （all P〈0.01）, the comparation between A and B showed non-significant difference （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combination detection of CysC, BUN and Cr is meaningful for finding out the disease of DN at early stage.
