某市部分中老年人员体检血脂水平的调查

目的通过对在我院体检的部分健康人群血脂水平的调查分析，了解血脂在我市中老年居民的分布情况，以便更好的进行心血管病的防治。方法选择2010年2月至2012年2月期间在我院体检科进行健康体检的1378名体检者，进行血脂检测资料分析。检测血三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、血清总胆固醇（TC），并按不同年龄组和不同性别组进行对比分析总结。结果本组发现血脂异常者445人，检出率为32．29％。其中四项血脂异常的检出率由高到低分别为高TG、高TC、低HDL-c和高LDL-c。血清TG、LDL—C、TC随着年龄增长呈逐步上升趋势。结论我市健康体检人群的血脂异常检出率高，应重视开展对健康人群的定期体检，对防治和治疗因血脂水平异常而导致的各种心脑血管病有着重要意义。

Investigation on Blood Lipid Level of the Partial Middle and Old Population in A City

Objective To study the blood lipid level of middle and old population in Kaifeng by regular physical examination and to find out the suggestion on cardiovascular disease. Methods The blood samples were collected from February 2010 to February 2012 in Kaifeng city. It included 1378 subjects aged 40 to 75 years old, these subjects were analyzed for total cholesterol, serum triglyceride, low density liprotein-cholesterol, high density liprotein-cholesterol. Results A total of 445 cases of abnormal blood lipids were found, detection rate was 32.29%. The detection rate of four blood lipid levels from high to low was high TG, high TC, low HDL-C and high LDL-C. Serum TG, TC, LDL-C was gradually increased with age trend. Conclusion There is high rate of dyslipidemia detection in Kaifeng city, so it ：,s very important that the physical examination of health people should carry out regularly to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.
