系统护理对骨折后关节僵硬患者的影响

目的观察探讨系统护理干预对于骨折后关节僵硬患者的影响，总结其临床应用价值。方法选取我院2010年4月至2012年4月骨折后关节僵硬的患者72例，按照数字表随机抽取法分成观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施系统护理干预，观察对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理3～6个月后患者关节功能护理疗效有效率为96．1％（31／36），对照组为61．1％（22／36），两组关节功能恢复情况对比存在明显差异（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。两组患者的护理满意度对比存在显著统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论对骨折后关节僵硬患者采取系统护理干预可有助于患者关节功能的逐步恢复，改善患者的生活质量，提高护理满意度，具有重要的临床意义。

Effect of Systematic Nursing on Patients with Ankylosis after Fracture

Objective To observe the effect of the patients with stiff joint after fracture of systemic nursing intervention, summarize its clinical application value. Methods 72 patients in our hospital from 2010 April joint stiffness to 2012 April after fracture, in accordance with the digital meter randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine care, the observation group systematic nursing intervention based on routine nursing care, the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of nursing group 3-6 months after the joint function of the patients with nursing efficiency was 96.1% （31/36）, the control group was 61.1% （22/36）, there is significant difference between the two groups in the recovery of joint function contrast （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. There was significant difference between two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The fracture of joint stiffness, take systematic nursing intervention can help patients with the gradual recovery of joint function, improve the quality of life of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, has important clinical significance.
