综合性ICU医院感染目标性监测结果的分析

目的了解综合ICU发病率及危险因素。方法采用目标性监测方法，对本院2012年1月至2012年12月ICU发病率、侵袭性操作相关发病率、感染病例病原菌进行监测。结果监测期间的感染率为7．08％，呼吸机相关肺炎感染发病率16．64％o，感染病例病原菌居首位的是鲍曼不动杆菌。结论ICU医院感染率高，尤其是呼吸机相关肺炎感染发病率。应重视呼吸机相关肺炎预防与控制工作，加强呼吸机内部气路及其他特殊部件的清洁消毒；重视鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性。

Targeted Surveillance Results Analysis of Nosocomial Infection in Comprehensive ICU

Objective Understand the incidence and risk factors of comprehensive ICU. Methods Using the method of target monitoring,the incidence of disease, the incidence of invasive operation, infections pathogens were monitored in the hospital between 2012 Jan. and 2012 Dec. Results The infection rate was 7.08%, Ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence of infection was 16.64%o, Cases of infection pathogens in the first place was Acinetobacter baumarmii. Conelusion ICU nosocomial infection rate is high,especially Ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence of infection. Attention should be paid to the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia and control work, we should strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the ventilator internal gas and other special parts; We should emphasis on Acinetobacter baumannii ＇resistance.
