术前访视认知心理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后并发症影响的研究

目的探讨术前访视采用认知心理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后并发症的影响。方法选择我院2012年3月至9月125例择期行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为常规组及干预组，均给以常规术前访视及宣教；干预组加用认知心理干预；分析两组的术后并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果干预组的术后并发症发生率低于常规组，且其中肩部酸痛发生例数少于常规组且（P〈0．05）；干预组患者的满意度高于常规组（P〈0．05）。结论术前访视认知心理干预可降低妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后并发症情况，提高患者的满意度。

Preoperative Visit on the Impact of Cognitive Psychological Intervention on Postoperative Complications a~er Laparoscopic Research

Objective To explore the effects of preoperative visits on complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery complications by taking cognitive and psychological intervention. Methods Patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic operation in our hospital were randomly assigned into the conventional group and intervention group. All patients were given routine preoperative and education. Patients in intervention group were added with cognitive psychological intervention in addition that. Postoperative complications and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The complication rate of intervention group were less than that conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction degree of intervention group was higher than that of conventional group. There was significance difference between two groups about the complication rate and the degree of nursing satisfaction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive psychological intervention in preoperative visits can reduce complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and increase the nursing satisfaction degree.
