口腔颌面部创伤患者的临床研究

目的探讨口腔颌面部创伤患者的发生原因、临床诊断及治疗。方法选取我院在2009年7月至2012年4月间收治的128例口腔领面部创伤患者，对所有患者的发病年龄、发病原因、骨折类型、伴发性损伤进行分析，给予患者准确诊断，并针对患者的临床资料及实际情况给予其对症治疗，评估所有患者的临床治疗效果。结果颌面部创伤在男性中的发病率较高，而且在22-31岁为发病的高峰期，导致患者出现创伤的注意要原因是道路交通创伤，下颌骨和颧骨是患者出现骨折的高发部位，出现创伤2周后才开始治疗的占51．6％，通过给予患者准确诊断，并给予其对症治疗，病情改善显著，对于降低患者发生残疾的概率，提高患者的生活质量具有重要作用。结论对于口腔领面部创伤患者，需要及时给予其对症治疗，以免治疗不当出现牙领面畸形，道路交通伤是导致患者出现此种疾病的首要原因，应当引起重视。

Clinical Study of Oral and Maxillofacial Trauma Patients

Objective To investigate the cause of oral and maxillofacial trauma patients, clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 128 cases admitted in our hospital from July 2009 to April 2012 of oral and maxillofacial trauma patients, all patients the age of onset, etiology, fracture type, with hair damage analysis, to give patients accurate diagnosis given symptomatic treatment, and clinical data and the actual situation, assess the clinical outcomes of all patients. Results The incidence of maxillofacial trauma in men, and between 22-31 years of age for the onset of the peak period, resulting in trauma patients the attention to be due to road traffic trauma, mandible and cheekbone patients with fracture of the high incidence of parts, appears trauma two weeks before the start of treatment accounted for 51.6%, through to give patients an accurate diagnosis, and to give its symptomatic treatment, the patients improved significantly, an important role for reducing patients occurred with disabilities the chance, to improve the patient＇s quality of life. Conclusion For oral and maxillofacial trauma patients, the need for timely given symptomatic treatment, in order to avoid improper treatment of dentofacial deformities, road traffic injuries are the leading cause of the patients of this disease, should pay attention to.
