某区新婚女性优生知识与行为的调查

目的了解新婚女性优生知识知晓与相关行为情况，为更好地开展优生知识宣传，优生保健服务提供依据。方法采用问卷调查形式，对2011年5月至2012年1月在上海市黄浦区妇幼保健所接受婚前医学检查的新婚女性的优生知识与相关行为进行调查。结果该人群中大专及以上学历占91．22％，59．28％有婚前性行为，23．35％有意外妊娠史，67．26％认为孕前保健有助于优生优育。结论应把性与生殖健康知识的关口前移至未婚青年，加强新婚女性优生优育和出生缺陷预防的宣传。

Investigation of Reproduction Health Knowledge and Behavior among Newly Married Women in A District

Objective To understand the situation of the newly married women about eugenic knowledge and the relevant behavior, for the better development of eugenic knowledge propaganda, to provide the basis of genetic health service. Methods Using the questionnaire survey form, Investigation of pre-marital medical examination accepted by 2011 May 2012 year in January in Shanghai City, Huangpu District maternal and child health married women about eugenic knowledge and related behavior. Results College or above degree for 91.22% of the population, 59.28% have premarital sexual behavior, 23.35% unexpected pregnancy history, 67.26% that preconception care is helpful in eugenics. Conclusion The sexual and reproductive health knowledge passes forward to unmarried youth, reinforce newly-married women eugenics and birth detects prevention publicity.
