变静力固定为动力固定同期植骨治疗股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉术后骨不愈合

目的分析应用变静力固定为动力固定同期植骨治疗股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉术后骨不愈合的方法及疗效。方法对2006年至2010年收治的股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉固定术后骨不愈合17例，采用清除折端纤维瘢痕组织及硬化骨组织并用自体骨或同种异体骨植骨同时取出一端锁钉使之由静力固定变为动力固定。结果16例获得随访时间6～12个月，全部骨性愈合。结论变静力固定为动力固定同期植骨治疗股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉术后骨不愈合具有创伤小，软组织影响小，并发症少，骨折愈合率高及可早期功能锻炼等优点，是较理想的治疗方法。

The Treatment of Nonunions Following Intramedullary Nailing of Femoral Shaft Fractures with Intramedullary Nail Dynamization and Bone Graft

Objective To analyze the methods and curative effect with intramedullary nail dynamization and bone graft to treat nonunions following intramedullary nailing of femoral shaft fractures. Methods there were 17 cases of nonunions following intramedullary nailing of femoral shaft fractures from 2006 to2010, all be treated with bone autograft or allograft after clearing the fiber scar tissue and hardening bone tissue, at the same time take out side of locking pin to change static fixed into dynamic fixed. Results 16 eases were followed-up for 6 to 12 months, all patient were healed. Conclusion It is a good therapy choice to treat nonunions following intramedullary nailing of femoral shaft fractures with small trauma and fewer complications.
