微钛钉种植体治疗上颌中度前突的疗效分析

目的探讨微钛钉种植体治疗上领轻度前突的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的进行拔牙矫正的上领前突患者26例，男17例，女9例，患者年龄12．41岁，患者平均年龄为（23．3±4．3）岁。对患者进行微钛钉种植体治疗，植入位置选择在患者的上领第一-巨牙与第二前磨牙牙颊侧根尖之间的牙槽问隔处，以每侧1．5N滑动的方式将前牙进行内收，治疗结束后，采取X线测量患者前牙内收前后的头影距离，对比分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果26例患者在治疗中一共植入微钛钉52颗，所有的微钛钉在治疗的全过程中都保持了较好的稳定性。患者治疗前后的上颌第一磨牙矢状面上的移动距离差比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0，05）；患者治疗前后上颌第一磨牙的垂直向移动差比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；患者治疗前后中切牙垂直向的移动情况比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；患者治疗后上领切牙平均水平内收6．7mm与治疗前相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论微钛钉植入体治疗轻度上颌前突具有疗效确切、安全可靠，能够显著改善患者侧貌的优势，值得在，陆床上进行推广应用。

Analysis of Micro Titanium Implant Treatment of Maxillary Mild of the Former

Objective To study the micro titanium implant treatment on mild clinical curative effect of the former. Methods Our hospital for tooth correction of 26 patients with maxillary anterior divergent, male 17, female 9 cases, aged 12-41 patients, patients＇ average age was （23.3± 4.3）. Treatment of patients with micro titanium nail implants and implant placement in patients with maxillary first and second permanent teeth grinding before the alveolar interval between fang buccal root tip, with each side 1.5 N slide way of the front teeth in adduction, and after the treatment, to X-ray measurement before and after the front teeth in patients with adduction of head shadow distance, comparison and analysis of clinical therapeutic effect. Results 26 patients were implanted with micro titanium nail in the treatment of 52, the micro titanium nail in the treatment of all will remain a good stability during the whole process. The sagittal plane of the patients before and after treatment by poor mobile, no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; Before and after treatment in patients with maxillary first molars of the rotation and tilt differential comparison, no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; Patients before and after treatment in the incisor to the action of vertical comparison, no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; After treatment in patients with maxillary incisor adduction average 6.7 mm compared with before treatment, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conelusion Micro titanium nail implants mild upper jaw＇thrust forward has exact curative effect, safe and reliable, and can significantly improve patients with lateral and advantages, is worth.
