| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧对肾小球肾炎患者蛋白尿的治疗作用.方法采用高压氧,观察其对尿蛋白及肾功能的影响.结果41例患者经高压氧治疗后,尿蛋白均有不同程度减少,个别患者转阴.结论高压氧作为蛋白尿治疗方法可做进一步探索与验证.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effectness of hypenbaic ofxyge on proteinuria in patients with glomerulonephritis. Methods: The change of protein in urine and renal functions in 41 Patients with nephritis were carried out before and 1 month after hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and then compared with the control group. Results: The reduction of proteinuria at different degree was observed in hyperbaric oxygen therapy 1 month later. In some patients, it turned negative after treatment. Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a probably good choice for patients with nephristis. |
