中西医结合中止早孕临床观察

目的 :减少药流后阴道流血量。方法 :将 2 0 0例药流病人随机分为观察组和对照组各 10 0例 ,观察组口服米非司酮及米索后 ,待孕囊排除予口服加味生化汤 ,用药 7天 ,14天回院随访 ;对照组孕囊排除后 ,不加服中药 ,比较其阴道流血量、流血时间及清宫率。结果 :观察组阴道流血量、流血时间及清宫率明显低于对照组。结论 :药流后加服加味生化汤能明显降低药流病人的阴道流血量、流血时间及清宫率。

Clinical observation on medical abortion with TCM and WM combined

Objective:It is to study the reducing uterus bleeding of medical abortion patients.Methods:Two hundred medical abortion patients divided into two groups (one hundred a group).The patients in the treatment group were treated with increasing Sheng Hua Tang when they had been aborting,they had drunk increasing Sheng Hua Tang for 7 days,then coming back examination after 14 days.The patients in the control group didn′t drink increasing Sheng Hua Tang after being aborting.Result:The amount and time of uterus bleeding and the rate of dilatation and curettage of the patients in the treatment group was lower than the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The amount and time of uterus bleeding and the rate of dilatation and curettage of the patients in the treatment group was remarkable lower than the patients in the control group.Through drinking increasing Sheng Hua Tang after medical abortion.
