| 摘 要： | 目的:分析宫颈癌Hela细胞对化疗药物顺铂的体外敏感性。方法:采用MTT法测定宫颈癌Hela细胞对4种不同浓度顺铂的体外敏感性。结果:不同浓度的顺铂对宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长均有一定的抑制作用。结论:MTT法检测有助于指导临床选择化疗药物剂量,提高化疗效果,减少副作用,具有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the chemosensitivity of chemotherapeutic drug cisplatin to cervical carcinoma Hela cells.Methods:Chemosensitivities of different diluted degree cisplatin to cervical carcinoma Hela cells were detected with MTT assay.Results:The Hela cells treated with different concentration of cisplatin underwent cell proliferation inhibition.Conclusion:MTT assay would help to select chemotherapeutic drug,raise the effectiveness of chemotherapy and reduce the side effect. |
