| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中选择性胆道造影的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析近6年155例腹腔镜术中胆道造影者的临床资料。结果:造影发现残余结石38例,胆囊管过长或变异6例,胆道损伤3例,均予一次性手术治愈。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术中选择性胆道造影简单易行,能有效降低胆道残余结石及胆管损伤发生率,对提高手术的疗效有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the value of selective cholangiography during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 155 patients who underwent intraoperative cholangiography(IOC) during LC from 2000 to 2006.Results:Among all the 155 patients,38 had residual bile stones;6 had cystic duct excess or variation and 3 had bile duct injury.All these abnormalities were cured during LC.Conclusions:The IOC during LC is easy to perform.It can not only reduce the incidence of residual bile stones and bile duct injury but also improve the therapeutic effect of LC. |
