吲哚-2,3-二酮抗阴道炎研究

目的研究吲哚-2,3-二酮（indole-2,3-dione）在治疗阴道炎中的作用。方法建立大鼠阴道炎模型,随机分为不给药的模型组、阳性对照组（双唑泰栓剂,每天阴道塞入含50 mg/kg的栓剂,连续7 d）和吲哚-2,3-二酮明胶栓剂高、中、低剂量组（剂量分别为50、25、10 mg/kg,每天阴道塞入受试栓剂1次,连续7 d）,各组动物分别在给药前,给药后4 d、8 d取阴道分泌物进行菌落计数,根据菌落数和阴道分泌物的多少进行量化评分,再根据评分进行治疗效果的评价。结果高、中、低剂量组吲哚-2,3-二酮明胶栓剂对白色念珠菌、脆弱拟杆菌感染的菌落计数疗效均优于模型对照组,给药后4 d显效,8 d菌落数继续下降（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;对白色念珠菌、脆弱拟杆菌感染的阴道分泌物计数疗效均优于模型对照组,给药后4 d显效,8 d分泌物继续减少（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论吲哚-2,3-二酮明胶栓剂对大鼠白色念珠菌和脆弱拟杆菌造成的实验性阴道炎具有良好的治疗作用。

The study of indole-2,3-dione on anti-colpitis in rats

Objective: To study the effect of indole-2,3-dione on anti-colpitis in rats.Methods: We divided the model colpitis rats randomly into 5 groups: model group(no treatment),metronidazole group(metronidazole 50mg/kg per day for 7 days) and indole-2,3-dione group(3 groups: 50,25,10 mg/kg per day for 7 days).By gathering the data of pre-drug,4 days after treatment and 8 days after treatment,we analyzed the effect of indole-2,3-dione on anti-colpitis in rats.Results: The analysis of the colony count and the amount of secrition of vagina showed that all the three indole-2,3-dione groups had positive effect on anti-colpitis,compared to the model group(P<0.01 orP<0.05) Conclusion: Indole-2,3-dione has positive effect on reducing the amount of bacteria and secretion in vagina in rats.
