不同文化层次不孕症患者心理护理策略

目的分析不同文化层次不孕症患者的心理状况,提出有效的护理对策。方法采用焦虑及抑郁量表（HADS）,对符合不孕症诊断标准的72例患者,测定不同文化层次不孕症患者的心理状态,进行统计学分析。结果高文化层次不孕症患者的抑郁、焦虑发生率低于中、低文化层次者（P〈0.05）。结论文化程度与不孕症患者焦虑及抑郁情况存在明显的相关性,需要采取相应的护理措施,针对不同文化层次采取不同的心理疏导策略,提高治疗效果。

The psychological nursing method for the psychological status of infertility patients with different educational levels

Objective: To analyse the psychological status of infertility patients with different educational levels and propose the effective psychological nursing method.Methods: The hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) was used to test psychological status of 72 patients with different educational levels,who met the diagnosis of the infertility,and the statistical analysis was conducted.Results: The incidence rates of anxiety and depression in HG(high educational level group)and LG(low educational level group) were higher than that of in MG(middle educational level group),and the family relations of the former two groups(HG and LG) had more disharmonious factors.Conclusion: Educational level is obviously related to infertility patient’s anxiety and depression,and the psychological nursing strategy should be taken according to the psychological features of these patients.To improve the therapeutic effect,different psychological counselling strategies should be taken according to different educational levels.
