精索静脉曲张患者的性功能状况与心理状态关系的研究

目的通过分析泌尿男科门诊精索静脉曲张的性功能状况与心理状态,探讨性功能障碍与心理异常之间的相互关系。方法随机选择精索静脉曲张168例,85例健康男性志愿者为正常对照组。采用问卷调查的方式调查患者的一般情况、早泄与勃起功能障碍情况、心理状态等,统计其发生率,分析各症状间的相互关系。结果病例组的症状自评量表总分、躯体化因子分、强迫症状因子分、抑郁因子分、焦虑因子分、其他因子分明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）。相关分析显示：早泄评分与症状自评量表总分、躯体化因子分、强迫症状因子分、人际关系敏感因子分、抑郁因子分、焦虑因子分及其他因子分有显著相关性。勃起功能障碍评分与症状自评量表总分及各项因子分无相关性。结论精索静脉曲张患者的心理健康水平较差,早泄患者的性功能状况与心理状态存在相互影响,建议细化病情,分类治疗,重视心理辅导或心理治疗。

Correlation between sexual function and psychological state of Varicocele patients

Objective To determine the correlation between sexual dysfunction and psychological state of Varicocele disease through the analysis of the male urinary outpatients.Methods Performed a case-control study,which included 168 cases of varicocele who were selected randomly and 85 controls.through the questionnaires,made an investigation of the patients’ common things,premature ejaculation,erectile dysfunction,the psychological state,getting Statistics of its incidence,analyzing the relationship among the various symptoms.Results A statistically significant difference was observed between the case group and the control: the score of symptoms self-evaluation,somatization disorderfactor,Obsessive-compulsive disorder factor,tristimania factor and anxiety disorder factor et were obviously greater compared with the control(P <0.05).Related analysis showed that there were obviously correraltion among all of the above.However,there were no relationship between the scores of the Erectile dysfunction and the symptoms self-evaluation et.Conclusions The mental health level of the varicocele patients was poorer compared with the controls,There is mutual influence between sexual function and mental state of patients with premature ejaculation,it is recommended that refine disease classification and treatment,pay attention to psychological counseling or psychotherapy.
