高敏C反应蛋白和血尿酸与冠脉病变程度关系的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨冠状动脉病变程度与高敏C~反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血尿酸(UA)的关系.方法 根据造影结果,将269名患者分为急性心肌梗死组42例(AMI)、不稳定性心绞痛组63例(UAP)、稳定性心绞痛组84例(SAP)、对照组80例,所有患者术前均空腹检测高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血尿酸(UA).结果 冠心病组hs-CRP,UA均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),心肌梗死细(AMI)的UA与hs-CRP呈负相关(r=0.459,P<0.01),而UAP组UA与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.326,P<0.01),单支病变、双支病变和3支病变的血尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白水平两两之间比较,差异无显著性.结论 高hs-CRP血症、高UA血症是反映冠心病的独立危险因素,但其水平高低与冠脉病变累及的范围无正相关关系.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the relationship between severity of coronary lesion and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) ,uric acid(UA). Methods Two hundred and sixty-nine patients by coronary angiography,42 patients with AMI(aeute myocar dial infarction) ,63 patients with UAP( unstable angina pectoris), 84 with SAP(stable angina pectoris ) ,there were 80 normal subjects who underwent coronary angiography and proved to not be CHD ( control group ). All selected patients had fasting detection about hs-CRP, UA Pre- operatively. Results The levels of hs-CRP, UA in CHD ( coronary heart disease) group were significantly higher than control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Linear correlation analysis showed the concentrations of UA were negatively correlated with hs-CRP levels in AMI group( r = 0. 459, P 〈 0.01 ), the concentrations of UA were positively correlated with hs-CRP levels in UAP group ( r = 0. 326, P 〈 0.01 ), between the levels of hs- CRP and UA,there were not significant differences found between single vessel disease and two vessel disease, and so on. Conclusion High levels of serum UA and hs-CRP are independent risk factors for CHD. The levels of hs-CRP, UA are not correlated with severity of artery disease.
