单纯后路经椎弓根病灶清除植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的观察

摘    要:目的 探讨单纯后路经椎弓根病灶清除植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的经验.方法 2007年1月~2010年12月,共有32例患有胸腰椎结核的患者接受手术治疗.结果 经平均18个月的随访,患者胸腰背部疼痛不适等症状得到明显缓解,脊髓神经功能得到不同程度恢复,椎体间植骨融合满意,后凸角度平均纠正11°,无脊柱结核病灶复发.结论 Ⅰ期后路病灶清除加椎弓根系统治疗胸腰椎结核,使脊柱后凸畸形也得到矫正,有利于重建脊柱的稳定性和神经功能的恢复,是外科治疗脊柱结核安全和有效的方法.

Abstract:Objective To explore tile experience of treatment of thoraeolumbar tuberculosis by simple onestage posterior after pedicle lesions debridement bone graft fusion internal fixalion. Methods The date of 32 cases hospilalized Jan2007 - Dee2010 was analyzed retrospectively. Results After 18 month follow-up,back pain symptom relieved satisfactorily, spinal nerve function recovered of different degree, posterior convex angle averagely correetion II°. Conclusion The method of one-stage posterior focus debridement and transpediele instrumentation in tile treatnlent of thoraeolumbar lubereuhlsis can correct kyphotic and reconstruct spinal stability, which is beneficial for recovery of paraplegia. This method is a safe and effective to treat vertebra tuberculosis.
