Ets-1,MMP-9,VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的 观察胃癌组织中转录因子Ets-1、基质金属蛋白9（MMP-9）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达,并探讨其与临床病理因素的关系及意义.方法 采用免疫组化法检测52例胃癌组织中Ets-1,MMP-9和VEGF的表达.结果 52例胃癌组织中,Ets-1,MMP-9和VEGF表达的阳性率分别为73.1％,69.2％,65.4％；Ets-1,MMP-9和VEGF在胃癌中的表达高于癌旁组织（P值均＜0.05）,并且与浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关（P值均＜0.05）；胃癌组织中Ets-1与MMP-9,VEGF表达呈正相关（r=0.438,0.390,P值均＜0.05）.结论 Ets-1,MMP-9和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达差异具有显著性,并且与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,三者协同促进胃癌的发生及发展.

Expression and Significance of Ets-1 ,MMP-9 and VEGF in Gastric Cancer

Objective To observe the expression of Ets-1 ,MMP-9 and VEGF in gastric cancer and investi- gate their relationships with clinicopathological factors and significance. Methods The expression of Ets-1, MMP-9 and VEGF in 52 cases with gastric cancer were detected with immunohistochemical method. Rusults The positive expression rates of Ets-1 ,MMP-9 and VEGF were 73.1% ,69.2% and 65.4% in 52 cases with gastric cancer tissues. The expression of Ets-1 ,MMP-9 and VEGF in gastric cancer tissues were higher than that in tissues adjacent to cancer（ P 〈0.05）, and were related with depth of tumors invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Ets-1, MMP-9 and VEGF in gastric cancer tissues were positively correlated （ r = 0. 438,0. 390, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Over-expression of Ets-1, MMP-9 and VEGF exist in gastric cancer tissues and are related to the depth of tumors invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. They com-promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
