双硫仑样反应原因分析及护理

目的探讨双硫仑样反应发生的原因及救治护理效果。方法对56例发生双硫仑样反应者进行回顾性分析,根据病史、临床表现、用药史、饮酒情况作出诊断,给予对症支持治疗及护理。结果本组56例病例均经过有效治疗及护理于2～6 h症状缓解、病情稳定,心率、血压恢复正常,观察12～24 h无并发症痊愈出院。结论双硫仑样反应发生原因与医务人员宣教不到位,患者重视程度不够有关。加强医务人员用药宣教意识,发生双硫仑样反应后及时有效的处理,能有效减少双硫仑样反应的发生率及不良后果。

Causative analysis and nursing care of disulfiram-like reaction

Objective: To explore the causes of disulfiram-like reaction and the effect of rescuing and nursing care.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 56 cases of disulfiram-like reaction was made.The diagnosis was made according to patients’ history,clinical manifestations and use of drug and alcohol.Emergency treatment and nursing care were given.Results: The conditions of cases of disulfiram-like reaction were relieved after 2~6 hours through effective treatment and nursing care.The conditions were stable,and heart rate and blood pressure recovered to normal.No complications occurred after observing 12~24 hours.All the patients were cured.Conclusion: The causes of disulfiram-like reaction are related to the lack of medical staffs’ public education and patients’ attention.Medical staff have to strengthen public education after using medicine,and effective treatment should be given to patients after disulfiram-like reaction,which can reduce the accident occurrence and adverse effect.
