| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨如何规范化应用A型肉毒毒素(BTX—A)局部注射治疗面肌痉挛、各型头颈部的肌张力障碍，以提高其临床疗效和安全性。方法：在肌电图监测下对59例肌痉挛性疾病患者采用BTX—A局部多点注射痉挛肌肉，并治疗前后对照。结果：面肌痉挛36例，睑痉挛13例，Meige综合征(睑痉挛—口下颌肌张力不全综合征)3例，痉挛性斜颈7例，治疗3—5d起效，肌痉挛症状缓解时间平均3—4个月。总有效率93．2％。结论：该疗法安全、有效，副作用轻微且可逆，可作为面肌痉挛及各型头颈部肌张力障碍的首选治疗，但一定要规范化。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A (BTX A) by local injection in treating hemifacial spasm and cranial cervical dystonia. Methods:The involved spasm muscles were locally injected with BTX A and the doses were adjusted. The efficacy and side effects were compared before and after injection. Results:36 cases of hemifacial spasm , 13 cases of blephrospasm, 3 cases of oramandibular spasm and 7 cases of spasmodic torticollis were treated with BTX A. The initial effects were obtained 3 to 5 days after treatment. The remission time of myospasm symptoms and signs was averagely 3 to 4 months. The total effective rate was up to 93.2 % . Conclusion:Local injection of BTX A is a simple, effective and safe therapy for hemifacial spasm and cranial cervical dystonia. Side effects were mild and reversible. |
