宫腔镜检查绝经后阴道出血100例临床分析

目的探讨宫腔镜在诊断绝经后阴道出血中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析门诊100例绝经后出血患者宫腔镜检查的诊断结果。结果 100例患者经宫腔镜检查结果为：子宫内膜炎35例,内膜息肉30例,子宫内膜增生20例,萎缩性宫内膜10例,子宫内膜癌4例,宫腔脓肿1例。结论绝经后阴道出血以良性病变居多,但应排除恶性肿瘤。宫腔镜下进行诊断可提高其确诊率。

The clinic analysis of 100 cases of postmenopausal uterine bleeding by hysteroscopy

Objectives To study the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of the postmenopausal uterine bleeding.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the result of the hysteroscopic diagnosis in 100 outpatients who suffered from postmenopausal uterine bleeding.Results Of the 100patients,There were 35 cases of endometritis,30 cases of endometrial polyps,20 cases of hyperplasia of endometrium,10 cases of atrophy of endometrium,4 cases of endometrium carcinoma and 1 case of pyometra.Conclusion Postmenopausal uterine bleeding is mainly due to benign disease,but the carcinoma must be precluded.The hysteroscopy can more accurately diagnosed the causes.
