马拉松赛对中老年人心脏结构、功能和血清酶的影响

摘    要:为了了解中老年人马拉松赛后心脏结构、功能和血清磷酸肌酸激酶及同功酶变化的特点,对参加加拿大国家马拉松赛的10名50—73岁的马拉松运动员进行观察并与10名50岁以下的马拉松运动员作了比较,发现50岁以上有训练的马拉松运动员有较好的血管调节功能和良好的心脏代偿能力。血清磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶的变化,反映了马拉松跑对老年人心脏的影响。

Abstract:The size of left ventricle (LV), left atrium (LA) and right atrium (RA) were measured in 20 experi- enced marathon runners aged 30-73 yrs by echocardiography before, 30 min following and 24 hrs after com-pletion of a marathon. The echocardiogram measurements were performed using a microsonics analysis system.Although there were no significant changes in the LV end diastolic diameter, LV end diastolic volume in 20marathon runners before, 30 min following and 24 hrs after marathon race, but the runners 30-49 yrsof age who finished within 3 hrs and 30 min demonstrated a significant decrease in the LV end systolicvolume (Vs) after the race. The superior-inferior (S-I) diameters of LA were shorter significantly in 20marathon runners, the medial-lateral (M-L) diameters of RA were shorter significantly in 10 marathon run-ners aged 50-73 yrs 30 min after the race. The serum CPK and CPK isoenzymes MM, MB, BB were determined using NAC activited method. Theresults showed that the concentration of the serum CPK and CPK-MM, CPK-MB in the marathon runnersaged 50-73 yrs were elevated significantly 30 min followin and 24 hrs after the race, the increase in thepercentage of CPK-MB to CPK was marked 30 min following the race. Conclusion. The size of LA, RA, Vs and the concentration of the serum CPK and CPK-MB could bechanged following completion of marathon in the elderly who were experienced marathon runners. These res-ults showed that they had an improved function of cardial vascular regulation to the acute exercise whichappeared to be an important cardial adaptation to the marathon race.
