| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the methods for protecting trademark of traditional Chinese medicine after WTO entry.METHODS： Analysis was based on the trademark laws at home and abroad in combination with the current situations of trademark protection of traditional Chinese medicine in China.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： We put forward and discuss some issues that attention should be paid to the trademark protection of traditional Chinese medicine as well as ways to deal with them. |
