膝关节矢状面机构模型

摘    要:建立矢状面上膝关节二维机构模型,求解矢状面髌股关节求解屈膝过程中髌骨与股骨的接触点移动,髌骨倾角、髌韧带倾角变化,髌股关节功能角变化以及髌股接触力和髌韧带作用力的变化等髌股关节运动及动力学参数.依据膝关节主要组成部分的功能及相互间连接关系,以股胫关节交叉四连杆模型为基础,通过对髌股关节的几何描述及力平衡限定,并运用ADAMS软件进行分析计算,计算结果与文献实验结果吻合良好。

Abstract:A sagittal plane model of knee joint based on crossed-four-bar-linkage-based tibiofemoral joint model has been developed using geometric and force equilibrium constraints. The model predicts and explains the movement of contact point on the patella and femur, variation of patellar and patellar tendon angle, variation of patellar mechanism angle and variation of patellofemoral contact force and patellar tendon force. The computed results agree well with the published experimental results.
