抗心磷脂抗体与脑血管病关系的临床研究

目的：探讨抗心磷脂抗体与急性脑血管病的关系。方法；用酶联免疫吸附试验对１７６例急性脑血管病患者和９８例健康对照者进行ＡＣＡ检测。结果；发现脑血管病各组ＡＣＡ阳性率明显增高，与对照组比较有显著性差异。

Relationship between anticardiolipin antibody and cerebral vascular disease

Objective:To investigate the relationship between anticardiolipin antibldy(ACA) and acute cerebral vascular diseases(ACVD) Method:ACA was detected in the sera of 176 patients and 98 members in control group by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) Result:It was found that the positive rate of ACA in each ACVD group was much significantly higher than that in control group The more severity of ischemic cerebral vascular diseases(ICVD),the higher the positive rate of ACA The positive rate of CAC in 80 sera taken from ACVD patients within 2 onset days was significantly higher than that in control group The negative rate of ACA in ACVD was 77 8% after treatment Conclusion:ACA could be produced before on set of ACVD ACA Changing from positive to negative was relevant to the recovery of the diseases It was indicated that the presence of positive ACA in ACVD patients might be a risk factor,particularly in cerebral thrombosis patients,which may be of clinical significance both in ACVD prediction and in clinical activity evaluation
