摘    要:目的:对栖息于洛草原的灰尾兔骨髓幼红细胞的形态计量探讨。方法:应用Feret's直径测量方法,对灰尾兔幼红细胞器进行电镜观察。结果:灰尾野兔骨髓幼红细胞系的平均直径分别是:原红细胞为12.98um;早幼红细胞直径为10.23um;中幼红细胞为7.25um;晚幼红细胞为5.49um。结论:灰尾野兔骨髓内的红细胞发育规律,与其他哺乳动物相 似,即愈幼稚的细胞直径愈大,在成熟发生过程中直径逐渐变小,其后阶段趋于平缓。

Abstract:Objective To measure the diameter of marrow red cells in Plaeteu lepus oiostolus. Methods 5 male samples came from Guoluo. Measurement of diameter of marrow red cells was performed on photogram by electromicroscope using a Feret's way. Results The average diameter in proerythroblast, early erythroblast, polychromatic normoblast and orthochromatic erythroblast showed 12.98um, 10.23um, 7.25 um and 5.49um separ ately in lepus oiostolus. Coclusions The more young marrow red cells the more large their diameter in high altitude. But the diameters discrease gradually at matural period, especially when early erythroblast changes into polychromatic normoblast in high altitude.
