| 摘 要： | 目的研究五黄中药制剂对四肢烧伤残余创面的治疗作用。方法将80例四肢烧伤残余创面的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,对比观察五黄中药制剂对四肢烧伤残余创面的治疗作用。结果五黄中药制剂浸浴能明显缩短四肢烧伤残余创面愈合时间,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3周愈合率及平均愈合时间与对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五黄中药制剂外用能加快四肢烧伤残余创面愈合、能提高愈合率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study effect of Wuhuang traditional Chinese medicine preparation on the treatment of residual burn wounds on extremities.Methods 80 cases of residual burn wounds in extremities were randomly divided into test group and control group each with 40 cases.The treatment of residual burn wounds in extremities by Wuhuang traditional Chinese medicine preparation were contrast observed.Results The healing time of residual burn wounds in extremities was obviously shortened by using Wuhuang traditional Chinese medicine preparation and there were statistical differences compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The healing rate of 3 weeks and the average healing time of test group were compared with the control group,difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of Wuhuang traditional Chinese medicine preparation can speed up the residual burn wound healing in extremities and improve the healing rates. |
