| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重度有机磷农药中毒的临床抢救与护理方法。方法收集整理50例重度有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者的临床资料,总结有效的抢救与护理措施。结果经过积极综合的抢救与护理,50例重度有机磷农药中毒患者除3例病情较重死亡外,其余45例均治愈出院。结论 AOPP临床表现复杂多变,并发症多,病死率高,综合治疗和护理是抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of the clinical rescue and nursing of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Collected clinical data of 50 cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) patients to summarize the effective rescue and nursing measures.Results After a positive and comprehensive rescue and nursing,50 cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients,in additional to 3 cases of severe illness to death,the remaining 45 cases were cured and discharged.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of AOPP is complex and changeable,more complications,high mortality,the comprehensive treatment and nursing is the key to the success of the rescue. |
