75例艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗临床效果观察

摘    要:目的观察分析某县艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果。方法从2003年起,应用国家提供的免费抗病毒治疗药品,对例符合治疗条件的艾滋病患者进行规范的抗病毒治疗,定期随访,观察临床及实验室结果的变化。结果 156例HIV感染者中,艾滋病患者87例,有75例患者进入治疗;初始CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均值为116个/mm3,经过治疗后均有不同程度升高;经HAART治疗前4年,患者生存率在85.71%以上,5~8年生存率为68.97%。结论目前高效抗反转录病毒治疗方案能促进艾滋病患者的免疫功能重建,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of antiviral treatment in patients with AIDS.Methods From October 1,2003 to December 31,2011,the application of national free anti-virus drug treatment was in the implementation,and the patients with treatment conditions of AIDS patients were provided antiviral therapy.With the regular follow-up,clinical and laboratory results were observed.Results Of all the 156 cases of HIV infection,87 people were conformed living with AIDS.There were 75 cases of patients treated.The mean count of initial CD4 + T lymphocyte was 116 /mm 3.After treatment,the counts of CD4 + T lymphocyte increased in different degree,and the survival rate of patients within 4 years was more than 85.71% while 5 and 8 years survival rate of 66.67%.Conclusion The current highly active antiretroviral therapy can promote the immune reconstitution in AIDS patients,improving the quality of life of patients.
