孕期保健对妊娠晚期胎死宫内影响探讨及对策

目的探讨妊娠晚期孕期胎死宫内的原因,以及孕期保健对妊娠晚期胎死宫内的作用。方法对笔者所在医院2008年1月～2011年1月产科妊娠晚期死胎60例的资料进行回顾性分析。结果其中35例未进行产前检查,占58.33%;16例产前检查次数达2次,占26.67%;余下9例产前检查次数超过2次,占15.00%;三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着产前检查次数的增加妊娠晚期死胎率逐渐下降,发生妊娠晚期死胎与胎盘、胎儿、孕妇有关。结论孕期保健检查能有效降低妊娠晚期胎死宫内发生率,提高新生儿生存质量。

Clinical analysis of fetal death in late trimester of pregnancy

Objective To discuss the cause for intrauterine fetal death in the late trimester of pregnancy and the effect of health care during pregnancy on it.Methods Process retrospective analysis according to the data of 60 cases of late trimester of pregnancy in the author's hospital which from January 2008 to January 2011.Results 35 cases did not have antenatal examination,accounted for 58.33%.16 cases had 2 times antenatal examination,accounted for 26.67%.The rest 9 cases had more than 2 times antenatal examination,accounted for 15.00%.These three groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).With the increase of the antenatal examination,the still birth rate in the late trimester of pregnancy gradually decreased.The causes of fetal death had related with placenta,fetal and pregnant women factors.Conclusion Pregnancy health examination can effectively reduce the incidence of late pregnancy fetal death,improve the neonatal survival quality.
