肿瘤科实习护士带教探讨

目的探讨带教老师在肿瘤科实习护士临床工作中的带教方法。方法根据每一批实习护士的特点,制定完整的学习计划,耐心地进行岗前教育培训、对实践技能手把手示教、指导与患者的沟通技巧和健全实习护士管理制度。结果通过对岗前教育培训、实践技能、沟通技巧及制度管理的培养,实习护士基本掌握了肿瘤科的工作特点、注意事项、常见的操作规范和与患者良好的沟通技巧,提高了实习护士在肿瘤科临床实习的质量。结论临床护理带教质量的提高是培养高质量护理人才的关键。

Discussion on the teaching of practice nurses in oncology department

Objective To explore the methods of the clinical teachers in teaching nurses practicing in an oncology department.Methods To develop a comprehensive learning program,conduct pre-service education and training,offer a hands-on teaching approach,give guidance on communication skills to patients and better the management system according to each group of practicing nurses.Results After pre-service,practical skills,communication skills and system management training,nurses basically ascertain the essence of the characteristics,precautions,common practices,and good communication skills with patients in the field of oncology so as to effectively improve the medical practice of clinical nurses.Conclusion Clinical teaching plays an important role in cultivating high quality nurses.
