小儿腹型过敏性紫癜的早期诊断探讨

目的探讨腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特点与治疗。方法对笔者所在医院2006年6月～2010年10月收治的16例腹型过敏性紫癜的临床表现、诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果腹型过敏性紫癜腹痛部位多变而不固定,自觉症状明显但体征轻,单用解痉剂、抗酸剂治疗无效,糖皮质激素治疗有效。早期胃镜检查见胃十二指肠黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂溃疡。结论腹型过敏性紫癜早期诊断十分重要,胃镜检查有助于早期诊断。H2受体阻滞剂、654-2、糖皮质激素联合治疗效果好。

Study of early diagnosis on the pediatric abdominal-allergic purpura

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment of abdominal-allergic Purpura.Methods Clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of 16 patients with abdominal type allergic purpura were analyzed retrospectively in the author's hospital from July 2006 to October 2010.Results The bellyache part of abdominal-allergic purpura was changeable and not fixed.Consciously symptoms,but vital signs became weak.By using the Antispasmodic agent,antacid treatment does not work,corticosteroid treatment effective.Early gastroscopy gastroduodenal mucosal hyperemia,edema,erosive ulceration.Conclusion The early diagnosis of abdominal-allergic purpura is very important,and the gastroscope is helpful in it.The H 2 receptor antagonist,654-2,associated with glucocorticoids will be better in the treatment.
