早期腹腔置管灌洗透析治疗急性重症胰腺炎的护理

目的总结早期腹腔置管灌洗透析治疗急性重症胰腺炎的护理经验和体会。方法对33例早期腹腔置管灌洗透析治疗SAP患者进行心理护理,引流管的护理,灌洗的观察及预防感染。结果 33例患者中31例治愈,1例发生胰腺脓肿,1例死于呼吸功能衰竭。结论腹腔灌洗是治疗SAP的早期重要措施,而引流管的护理,灌洗的护理及预防感染是保障腹腔灌洗成功的重要条件。

Nursing for severe acute pancreatitis under early abdominal cavity wash and peritoneal dialysis treatment by placing drainage-tube

Objective To summarize the experience of the Nursing for severe acute pancreatitis under early abdominal cavity wash and dialysis treatment by placing drainage-tube.Methods A group of 33 cases with severe acute pancreatitis underwent early abdominal cavity wash and dialysis treatment by placing drainage-tube,and the psychological nursing,care of the drainage-tube,observation of wash process,and prevention of infection were carried out and recorded.Results 31 out of 33 cases were cured,1 case induced pancreas abscess,and 1 case died of respiratory failure.Conclusion The early abdominal cavity wash was a important measure to treat severe acute pancreatitis,and the scientific nursing and careful observation were important conditions for successful treatment.
