腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症70例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法选择卵巢子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术患者70例,将患者随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各35例,观察组患者接受孕三烯酮治疗,对照组患者不接受药物辅助治疗。全部患者术后随访1年以上,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、平均住院时间等方面与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。再次妊娠率与复发率,观察组为62.86%和17.14%,对照组为45.71%和20.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症,能够有效提高受孕率,降低复发率,且不良反应小。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery joint gestrinone for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods 70 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 35 cases.The patients in observation group accepted gestrinone,while the control group with no gestrinone after the surgery,and then follow-up for more than one year.Results The operation time,amount of bleeding,intraoperative bed activity time and average hospitalization time of observation group were lower than control group,the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The pregnancy rate and the recurrence rate,the observation group were 62.86% and 17.14%,the control group were 45.71% and 20.00%,the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone can effectively improve the pregnancy rate,decrease the recurrence rate,and have small adverse reactions.
