严重多发伤的急诊救治分析

目的探讨严重多发伤的急诊救治措施及临床疗效分析。方法回顾性分析2008年2月～2011年8月笔者所在医院收治的严重多发伤112例患者的临床资料。结果 112例严重多发伤患者中,有101例抢救成功,成功率为90.2%;11例死亡,死亡率为9.8%。结论对严重多发伤抢救时应该做到迅速、准确、有效的处理,实施急而有序且行之有效的抢救措施,对于提高患者的抢救率和生活质量有着十分重要的意义。

Analysis of emergency medical treatment of severe multiple trauma

Objective To investigate emergency treatment measures and clinical therapeutic efficacy of multiple trauma.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with multiple trauma were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from February 2008 to August 2011.Results In 112 patients with multiple trauma,101 patients were rescued successfully,with the success rate of 90.2%.11 patients died,with the mortality rate of 9.8%.Conclusion The emergency treatment to severe multiple trauma should be rapid,accurate and effective.A rapid,orderly and effective emergency treatment is very important for improving the rescue rate and the quality of life of patients.
