瘢痕子宫再次妊娠子宫破裂25例临床分析

目的通过瘢痕子宫再次妊娠子宫破裂的临床分析,以确定适当的处理措施。方法回顾性分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠子宫破裂25例资料破裂时机、前次手术、术中破裂情况、母儿结局。结果瘢痕子宫再次妊娠子宫破裂多发生在37～40周,以不完全破裂多见,主要与前次术式有关,母儿结局与早期诊断、适宜分娩时机有关。结论正规的围产期保健、瘢痕子宫破裂的早期诊断、严密产科监护、及时正确的产科处理,有利于改善不良妊娠结局。

Clinical analysis of 25 cases of scarred uterus rupture in subsequent pregnancy

Objective Clinical analysis of scarred uterus rupture in subsequent pregnancy has been performed in order to determine the appropriate treatment measures.Methods Rupture timing,previous operation,intraoperative rupture,as well as outcome of mother and child were respectively analyzed in terms of 25 cases of scarred uterus rupture in subsequent pregnancy.Results Scarred uterus rupture in subsequent pregnancy,occurring frequently between 37th and 40th of pregnancy in the form of incomplete breakdown in common,is suggested to be closely related to the previous surgery type.Outcome of mother and child,however,depends on the early diagnosis and the right timing of delivery.Conclusion Outcome of the adverse pregnancy is suggested to be improved by the formal perinatal care,early diagnosis of scarred uterus rupture,closely obstetric care,timely and correct obstetrics treatment.
