急诊科护士在应激状态下的应付方式与心理健康调查

目的探讨急诊科护士在应激状态下的应付方式以及心理健康状况。方法应用"症状自评量表"应付方式问卷"对62名急诊科护士和50名非医务人员进行心理调查。结果急诊科护士躯体化、焦虑、抑郁等因子得分较高,在应激状态下采用应付方式多为"自责"幻想",而较少采用"解决问题"应付方式。结论急诊科护士群体整体心理健康状况欠佳,在应激状态下的应付方式多为消极和不成熟的,应提早进行干预,加强其在应激状态下应付方式的调适和训练,对促进该群体心理健康具有极其重要的意义。

Psychology investigation of mental health level andcoping style of nurses under stress

Objective To investigate the the mental health level and coping style of nurses of department of emergency.Methods Access the psyche status through the Symptom Checklist 90,Coping Style Questionnaire of 62 nurses from department of emergency and 50 volunteers.Results In the group of nurses when facing stress,the method of self-blame and imagination are more frequently adopted while solving problem method is less frequently adopted.Conclusion The mental health of the nurse group from emergency department is poor,whose main coping style is passive and immature.It is important to strength thevaccommodation and training of their coping style for raising their mental health status under stress.
