改进门诊荨麻疹过敏患者静脉注射氯化钙溴化钠的护理分析

目的通过改进护理方式,加强护理干预,提高门诊荨麻疹患者的治愈率。方法将2011年6月～2012年6月门诊收治的118例荨麻疹患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的护理方式,观察组在传统护理方式的基础上采取护理干预,比较两组患者的治愈率以及对护理的满意程度。结果对照组59例患者中有26例患者痊愈,总有效率为81.3%;观察组34例痊愈,总有效率为94.1%。结论护理干预在门诊荨麻疹治疗中对提高患者治愈率以及对护理的满意度具有显著的作用。

Nursing analysis of improving treating urticaria allergy outpatient patient by intravenous calcium chloride sodium bromide

Objective Through improving nursing style,strengthening nursing intervention to improve out-patient cure rates for patients with urticaria.Methods June 2011 year out-patient admitted to observation of 118 cases of urticaria patients randomly assigned to the control group and group.Control group used traditional methods of care and observation group to take on the traditional basis for nursing care intervention,comparing cure rates of the two groups of patients and satisfaction with care.Results in 26 patients in the control group of 59 patients recovered,the total effective rate of 81.3%;Observer group of 34 cases of healing,the total effective rate of 94.1%.Conclusion Patients with nursing intervention in outpatient treatment of urticaria on improving cure rates and satisfaction with the care has a significant role.
